as a Counsel

Bryen has been practicing for over 20 years, focusing on tax issues and tax matters. His legal and accounting background enables him to provide comprehensive tax advice on a wide range of transactions from both a legal and accounting perspective. Bryen is also an experienced tax litigator who has assisted clients in matters relating to tax disputes and controversies, transfer pricing, tax credits, double taxation agreements, withholding taxes, VAT and tax incentives. He has successfully represented clients from a wide range of industries and businesses, including natural resources, manufacturing, trading and services, in their tax litigation in the Tax Court and Supreme Court, some of which have become landmark cases in Indonesia.

He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Justin is an experienced Attorney with a thorough legal knowledge in the international realm. Equipped with the knowledge of international trade during his master's degree year and his bachelor's year.

Currently Justin has been taking Banking law as his main focus. Not only local banks in Indonesia but has widened his knowledge to international banks specifically those with Chinese affiliation. As an added point Justin has maintained a good relationship with local regulators for his compliance work this includes but not limited to reporting and corresponding.
